24-channel spice oil injection system Intelligent peristaltic pump filling system
Application description
In the automatic production line of bakery products, 6 groups of peristaltic pump filling system are adopted, with YZ15 pump head, to form a 24-channel spice oil injection system, and the food spice oil is evenly applied to the food that needs to be processed during the product production process. The high-precision liquid volume distribution of the peristaltic pump filling system ensures that the product quality on the production line is consistent with the R&D process, and the automatic online control function helps users achieve efficient production.
Application requirements
1. The spice oil injection system needs to evenly apply the same volume of food spice oil to 24 foods at the same time.
2. Dispense 0.3ml of spice oil each time per channel, the accuracy requirement is ±2%, and the time requirement is 1s.
3. The spice oil injection system should be controlled online with the entire automatic production line, and the distribution operation of spice oil can be automatically started/stopped according to the production process.
4. Prevent spice oil dripping and reduce waste.
