In hydrogen peroxide sterilization systems, peristaltic pumps are used to transfer 35% hydrogen peroxide solution. The solution is injected into the vaporizer, vaporized into hydrogen peroxide vapor, and driven by dry air, hydrogen peroxide gas is fed into the disinfection chamber through a pipe. By uniformly dispersing hydrogen peroxide gas, air and surfaces are disinfected and sterilized.
