Peristaltic pump flow calculation method
Peristaltic pump is a positive displacement pump, the flow output generated by each revolution is fixed, and the required flow can be easily obtained through the adjustment of the speed.
Therefore, by testing the flow rate at a fixed speed of the peristaltic pump, the output flow at different speeds can be calculated. Usually, the error range between the calculated flow rate and the actual flow rate can reach less than 2%.
Calculation method
1. Confirm the detailed configuration of the peristaltic pump, including the drive, pump head and hose model
2. Get the flow rate at the current configuration, fixed speed, bounded by 1 minute
3. Flow divided by speed is the flow output value for each revolution of the current configuration
4. According to the flow output of each revolution, adjust the flow demand
